Who we are

LovelyCodes (www.lovelycodes.com) publishes verified promo codes, deals, and free trials for AI tools. We are an independent affiliate publisher and may earn a commission when you click an outbound link and complete a purchase on a merchant's site.

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and improve it:

  • Usage analytics. We log aggregated, anonymous page views and outbound clicks (which deal you clicked, which merchant). We do not collect IP addresses or personally identifiable information for analytics.
  • Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide and use it only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
  • Contact submissions. If you contact us, we keep the message and your email long enough to respond, then delete it.
  • Theme preference. Your dark/light mode choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.

Cookies & tracking

We do not set advertising cookies or sell your data. We do not embed third-party trackers beyond a privacy-friendly analytics service that respects Do Not Track. Outbound clicks to merchant sites may carry an affiliate tag in the URL so the merchant attributes the visit to us; that tag does not identify you.

Affiliate disclosure

Many of the outbound links on LovelyCodes are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the editorial work that goes into verifying every code on the site.

Affiliate relationships never influence our ratings, reviews, or which deals we publish. Every deal is hand-checked by an editor; broken codes are removed within 48 hours of detection.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing our contact form. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — contact us and we will help you exercise them.

Children

LovelyCodes is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, highlight changes on the homepage. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
